The staff are so personable and friendly, even our cleaner Gosia always had a smile. The kids adored the games arcade and the play area, a real win for having fun during our break!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, it felt acceptable.

I recently visited for a short family holiday and enjoyed the well-presented room. The indoor pool provided a good alternative when the outdoor pool was unavailable. Recommend confirming pool availability before stay. Staff at the Aztec Spa were wonderful, making the experience memorable.

The games zone kept our teens entertained, and the pool was a hit! Loved the variety of activities available.

Dining options varied in quality, with some meals disappointing. a decent experience but with room for improvement.

This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, friendly staff, and a lovely indoor swimming pool. I'll never forget how they helped me with local taxi numbers during my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing time.

The indoor pool was a saviour for the kids, and the selection of hot and cold items at breakfast was impressive. housekeeping could be improved. I had to ask twice for toilet roll. the sausages at breakfast were poorly prepared, appearing almost uncooked. Despite these issues, the range of activities and the friendly entertainment staff made our visit enjoyable.

Entertainment for families is fantastic with live shows and bowling. Room decor is dated and comfort could improve.

It was just a prime choice for a holiday in Torquay with reasonable value. The staff were super nice at the reception, helping us straight away and even gave us a parking permit right on arrival. Be sure to hit the pool early for a quieter experience.

Staff were friendly and tried their best to assist, but the overall conditions of the room need attention.

I really loved the friendly staff and the hotel’s close proximity to Torre Abbey Museum and Gardens, which made my weekend strolls delightful. It was just a short walk to the beach area for scenic views.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, with a huge indoor pool that added to our enjoyment and a good breakfast selection that started our days right.
