Target audience families will love it
The staff are so personable and friendly, even our cleaner Gosia always had a smile. The kids adored the games arcade and the play area, a real win for having fun during our break!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, it felt acceptable.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I recently visited for a short family holiday and enjoyed the well-presented room. The indoor pool provided a good alternative when the outdoor pool was unavailable. Recommend confirming pool availability before stay. Staff at the Aztec Spa were wonderful, making the experience memorable.

The indoor pool was a saviour for the kids, and the selection of hot and cold items at breakfast was impressive. housekeeping could be improved. I had to ask twice for toilet roll. the sausages at breakfast were poorly prepared, appearing almost uncooked. Despite these issues, the range of activities and the friendly entertainment staff made our visit enjoyable.

The Carlton offered impressive facilities, including a large swimming pool and a comprehensive entertainment complex featuring arcade games and live evening shows. The dining options were satisfactory, with friendly staff ensuring a welcoming experience. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the marina and local attractions, making it ideal for both leisure and business.
The rooms were basic and lacked air conditioning, which affected the quality of sleep.

The indoor swimming pool impressed me. it stayed at a lovely temperature. Enjoyed the variety of activities offered, especially the evening entertainment with live music. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the beach. the room felt outdated. Carpets appeared worn and could use a deep clean. I found the beds uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well. The breakfast options were decent but lacked variety on some days. I also noticed a bit of noise from events, which was distracting at night. Staff were friendly and tried their best to assist, but the overall conditions of the room need attention.
